When cannabis/CBD is seen as a way to help support people who suffer in their bodies, as an alternative for others who watch their children suffer for any reason in health, or just simply want an alternative to help maintain a preventative lifestyle for the future, to be a part of the upcoming generations that will stem from their family...we have a responsibility to take a look and be open to something that IS in fact working for SO many people.
Sharing from not only my experience, but for many others I’ve had the opportunity to share with.
The ECS (endocannabinoid system)is in its infancy of research, even after 25 years of science.⠀
But what IS strong, is the amount of countless testimonies from people who have been challenged & suffer in their bodies.⠀
For those who strive for a body that can keep with the mind, because you see yourself OUTSTANDINGLY healthy with the ability to restore your body, harness more energy, endurance, strength, & stamina, I’m confident I can help. ⠀

Carrot cake, from when I was baking a bit more with almond flour + sweet potato base. 🥕 ⠀
It’s about that time to start baking some clean sweet treats for my little Lila (my little sassy Peruvian grandmother), so she’ll hopefully want to eat. Watching your grandparents struggle through health challenges is THE WORST, yet a time that is filled with more love than ever.⠀
She is the epitome of “the Cookie Monster,” and is straight up addicted to Chips Ahoy (is that even how you spell that brand?)⠀
I’ll be modifying this recipe upcoming, and I don’t think I wrote it down from a few years ago 😣⠀
But, I do know that this frosting was a chickpea and raw honey base, which was freakin epic 😋⠀
This new one will be modified with keto ingredients, of course with no sugar, and made clean. ⠀
Who are all of the carrot cake fans, and would you enjoy a recipe for this on hand?
I’m sure as you know by now, I’m a huge advocate of anything ocean related 🌊
Sometimes I take a short break, from my morning routine, and I’ll tell you what, my spirit pays the price. For the past six years I’ve started my morning here for at least an hour every single day. Typically 6:45 am-ish to 7:45 am-ish, pushing 8 am-ish.⠀
It’s a place where I can feel, let go, recycle, and restore myself in mind, body, and spirit. ⠀
I don’t walk or run on the beach, I literally just sit and drink my bulletproof coffee with Paka☕️ 🦜 ⠀
I think you should do the same!⠀
No, I’m not telling you it must be the beach, nor with coffee, let alone a parrot (however you’d be stoked like I get) NOR am I telling you you must be at the water (even though I know you would love it!)!⠀
I AM encouraging you to find that morning time routine, wherever that may be for you, where you can really just enjoy yourself for a full HOUR in time. Yes, you may have to wake up earlier (but it’s worth it, and you’ll look forward to it).
If the only place for you to go is to sit on your couch, with the journal, maybe a cup of coffee or a cup of tea, or nothing, then do it!⠀
Most people go for years without taking their morning time seriously, NEGLECTING it as a part of their WELLNESS!⠀
Most just roll up after a few snoozed after their alarms, and start getting ready for work while half asleep, without even considering to nourish their minds, bodies, & spirit with goodness!⠀
I’m telling you from my own experience, even when I did work in the clinic, I made time for this every single morning. ⠀
In fact, I even rolled into work with sand on my feet very often!⠀
Go do it, find that place, and follow through for yourself❤️
